☺Very comfortable bed and clean and cozy room. Area is remote, which makes for a quiet stay. If you leave the front door open slightly, you can sleep with the sound of the ocean. Swimming in the Mediterranean sea directly out the front door is unique and very pleasant.

☹You must rent a vehicle either on Milos or in Kimolos in order to get to this beach house and get anywhere else on the island. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area is, but believe perhaps the cost to stay here is slightly overpriced since Kimolos doesn’t have all that much to see or do like Milos does. There are a handful of restaurants, but you must have a car to get to them. ☺Amazing renovated fisherman's house 3m (metres, no minutes) from the water.  Absolute calmness, relax, wide open door sleep listening to the waves, unforgettable moments. the perfect holidays.  I could write a novel about it, but only check this out:  The owner comes to fix a noise from the water pump.  I ask him if the island (Kimolos) produces wine. The space

Apanemo Beach House is located among the historical cave houses of the settlement of Agios Nikolaos, a protected quiet settlement, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the Kimolian culture in tranquility and peace of mind.

The house is a former “sirma” that was originally used to protect fishing boats from the winter winds and was converted into a holiday home.

Its architecture and decoration combine the Cycladic tradition with traditional lines, achieving an exceptional and relaxing balance.

It consists of a large open space that includes a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation, a comfortable double bed with a soft mattress, a bathroom with shower and a small outdoor courtyard on the sea for exclusive use.

Private sunbeds are also available to enjoy your sunbathing, the colors of the sunset while at night you can gaze at the starry sky of the Aegean.

Guest access

You can access Apanemo Beach House by car, bus or taxi from the port of Psathi. It has easy access about 3 km from the port of Psathi or 2 km from Chora of Kimolos.

If you visit the island by car or motorbike you can park it near the house. A free public Parking area is available nearby.

Please note that the house is located right in front of the sea and the free parking lot is 50 meters away, from where you will need to continue walking to reach the house. It is not possible to get right outside the house by vehicle.

If you visit the island by vessel, you can moor it near the cave house. Small vessels can be moored at the dock outside the house.

At a distance of 2 minutes (on foot), there is a bus stop to the village and the other beaches of the island.

We would recommend renting a vehicle (car, scooter) which you can use to explore the island.

Access to Kimolos

From Piraeus: Kimolos, is connected with Piraeus by boat.

From Milos by airplane: Kimolos is supported by the airport of Milos.

From Milos: Otherwise, someone can arrive at Adamantas, Milos, take the bus (or by car) to Apollonia (Pollonia), and then pass to Kimolos with the ferry.

From other islands: The island is connected by ship with other nearby islands, as well.

The house is delivered cleaned. During your stay we offer cleanliness and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days.
